Stephen Leach

Echeconnee Lodge

Vigil Honor

Stephen is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Echeconnee Lodge in Macon, Georgia. Outside of Scouting, Stephen is a Sophomore at Georgia Tech majoring in biochemistry and minoring in health policy and economics on the pre-med track.
 
As Chief, Stephen’s goal is to further the vision, mission, and purpose of the Order of the Arrow by delivering engaging programs, supporting our Lodges, working as a team, and fostering a culture that shows every Arrowman they belong in the Order of the Arrow and are a valued part of Section E6.
 
Fun Fact: Stephen has been to Iceland where he saw the Northern Lights and the Galapagos Islands to snorkel with sea lions.

Tamás “Tommy” Phillips

Mowogo Lodge

Vigil Honor

Tommy is an Eagle Scout and Vigil honor member hailing from Mowogo Lodge and Suwanee Georgia. He is currently serving as your Section Vice Chief. Outside of Scouting, Tommy is studying at the University of Georgia where he hopes to become a high school science teacher.

This year Tommy is excited to meet and work with the talented and inspiring leaders throughout the Section who are striving to better their lodges and communities.

Fun Fact: Tommy is that he loves trying new things! From scuba diving to concerts all the way to playing mahjong every Tuesday with his friends.

Hagan R.

Withlacoochee Lodge

Vigil Honor

Hagan R. is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of Withlacoochee Lodge from Albany, Georgia and will be serving as your Section Vice Chief this term. Outside of Scouting, Hagan is a senior at Lee County High School. 

Throughout this year Hagan is excited to work with and guide members throughout the Section who are ready to take their next steps!

Fun Fact: Hagan also competes in SkillsUSA, coming in 6th place in Plumbing in the 2026 National Leadership and Skills Conference.
